2.2 Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the ride, depending on the service chosen.

### 3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund.

3.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee.

3.3 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

### 4. Airport Transfers

4.1 For airport transfers, it is the passenger's responsibility to provide accurate flight information.

4.2 We offer complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes for airport pick-ups. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

### 5. Passenger Conduct

5.1 Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner during the ride.

5.2 Smoking, eating, and drinking (other than water) are not permitted in the vehicles.

5.3 Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged to the passenger.

6.1 TaxiXL is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the ride.

6.2 In case of any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic delays, road closures), TaxiXL will make every effort to ensure timely service but cannot guarantee punctuality.
